Young Enterprise Scheme
What is Young Enterprise ?
The Young Enterprise Scheme (YES) is a national educational program in New Zealand that gives high school students the opportunity to create, launch, and run their own businesses. Throughout the year, students form teams and go through the full business cycle, from brainstorming a product or service to managing finances, marketing, and operations.
YES is aimed at nurturing the next generation of Kiwi business leaders, offering real-world experiences in business management. They gain real experience in entrepreneurship while developing essential skills like teamwork, leadership, problem-solving, and innovative thinking. and those that excel in their regions have the chance to compete for prizes at the National Finals in Wellington
